Charles and Ray Eames were not brothers! lol

The legendary design team Charles and Ray Eames made films, houses, books and classic midcentury modern furniture. Eames Demetrios, their grandson, shows rarely seen films and archival footage in a lively, loving tribute to their creative process.

Kobe Vs. Lebron

The NBA playoffs are getting really good, and I'm hoping the Magic can close out The Lebron James A.K.A. The Cavaliers.
I can't stand Lebron and his chalk throwing before the game, but I admit he is amazing. These Nike commercials with Kobe and Lebron as puppets are awesome! Check them all out here!

Steven Topley makes art

I came across this illustrator today(Steven Topley) and I was sucked in at the first thing I saw. He works on multiple forms of media which makes all his work seem fresh but it still has a distinct style. Check out his work here @

The Official Creebobby Comics Archetype Times Table

I don't know why, but lately I have been really into hand illustration. I think for a while, we all got so into working in illustrator everything had that "vector" look to it. But every illustrator (i mean people) has their own style.

Love this from http://creebobby.com/timestable.html

and love his music too.

A green economy

Loved this little eco icon and along with it comes a great question from taliacohen.blogspot.com
How much will going green really serve to boost consumer confidence?

Personally I think going green will develop into more than a trend, it should forever be the standard.
I think the change over from old to new should help boost the economy, as we have a long way to go.

Chunky Tea Cup Cozy by KnitStorm

I came across these on etsy (KnitStorm.etsy.com) and thought they were really cute. I love hand made things like this especially if they save my sensitive hands again my hot morning coffee.
